Description: When I visited Denali National Park in July, one of my bucket list goals was to photograph a pika. I hiked up to a ridgeline with a massive boulder field just to enjoy the view and, to my great excitement, happened to stumble upon a small village of pikas. They spent hours collecting and snacking on grasses, stopping only to give an occasional high-pitched squeak.
