Description: When the salmon begin spawn, eagles make themselves much more accessible for up-close profile photos. This one landed on a rock surrounded by spawning Chum Salmon and barely noticed my presence 10 feet away. This was taken at the Amalga Saltchuck in Juneau, Alaska.
