Description: I spotted this immature eagle on a sign post on the Homer Spit in May, 2023. I wanted to see how close I could get and with each step I took a picture. When he took off, I followed him and took photos of him flying away with my phone without knowing what captured. When I looked back over my pictures, I was shocked that I was able capture him in flight with the boats in the marina and snow capped mountains in the background.
