Description: This photo was taken right as the mother gets out of the water after looking for food. She shakes off as you can see some droplets fly off of her. Everyday for this mom is a full days of work. Strong and beautiful she stands. Unlike the mother though, every day for the cubs is play time. Each member of this family has their own personality. Mother hard working and loving, one cub shy, one cub clumsy, one cub... playful. Alaska is home to the Coastal Brown Bears. We are no different from these bears, our duty to this state should be to preserve and protect the wildlife. Without wildlife, we are nothing.
