Description: This stunning bear was diving for salmon in a lake on the west side of Cook Inlet. Taken in September 2022, the fall colors, water cascading off of the bear, and reflection made it even more spectacular. Truly, if the 1979 movie "10" was about bears, this one was the star. That would have made me the character "George," in a skiff, dreamily pursuing "Bo-the-Bear."
