Description: This is a shot of a mama bear (the middle bear catching the fish) known as Bear 910 at Brooks Falls. in Katmai National Park and Preserve The cub on her right is her own; the cub on the left is her sister's cub, who emancipated it a year early. It likely would not have survived if 910 hadn't adopted it. 910 is also known as "Bead", so her cubs are referred to as "the Beadettes".
