Description: Amidst the untamed wilderness of Alaska's backcountry, I embarked on a journey to capture the elusive beauty and family intimacy of coastal brown bears.I had the uninterrupted chance to watch and photograph this bear family's daily cycle repeat itself over and over. Momma bear would eat, the 3 babies would sleep, then wake, yawn and the run to momma looking to nurse, then copious amounts of playing, tumbling, and chasing. Then the pattern would repeat... this little one was super curious about me.
