Description: Having traveled 9 hours the day before to arrive in Alaska and staying just outside the entrance to Denali National Park, we ventured into the park and hiked one of the trails. We were lucky to have an opportunity to watch this new mother moose forage for food from afar. Her calf was nearby out of site from my location.
